    If I’m using the diet plan to keep track of my calories intake etc, is there another option to enter in your workout? For example if I workout, shouldn’t that take away calories?

    Use the diet planner to set a calorie starting point. And adjust according to your goal. Fat loss, muscle building or whatever. It can take a few weeks to get it right.
