ParticipantTrying to figure out the correct activity level. Just trying to find a starting point. I know it isn’t going to be exact or perfect. I work a desk job and do no other activity except the workouts generated here. Would that be considered sedentary? Thank you!

Depending on what workout routine you are currently running you obviously need to take that into consideration when estimating your daily energy expenditure.

InactiveWhat are your stats and how many times a week are you working out at the moment?

ParticipantThe short answer is starting in something you can recover from. However, this is a good and popular question. I’m going to have joe answer this in a video.

Thank you! I know it seems kinda simple and dumb but I dont do anything but train really. So just trying to get starting point for a diet. I have train for close to 30 years followed zero diet. I am very bad at diet so looking somewhere simple to start. The hurdle I have with diet is eating a zillion times a day and a zillion grams of protein. If I drink whey to substitute some protein I need a diaper for the craps. I have even drank pepto pro between meals and stomach did fine but didn’t help a lot getting my zillion grams of protein. Thanks again

Don’t worry, I’m sure we can work out a plan that will be less painful to follow 🙂
