I’m excited to see the new planner when it’s out. I would like to forst say I’m willing to be a lab rat if you need one so throw my name in the hat but to my question.
If this is already part of the new planner that would be super duper awesome 😂 okay too Cheesy but… I usually do my macros on paper after being calculated. I’m very meticulous about them. My current macros are
Protein
293g = 1,036 calories
Fats
60g = 540 calories
Carbs
265g = 1,064
Total calories = 2,640
If you noticed that I put a calorie amount for each macro then you know what I’m talking about. Will the new planner have something that will help those using macros like this by splitting up the macros into calorie amounts? If not it would be a great addition to help those understand where they should be placing calories at to get the most out of them. I’ve been using this method for a few years now and it’s produced great results. Just wanted to throw this out there and get your feedback.
