Right now I have a lot of weight to lose right now as my midsection looks like a Ninja Turtle head (proportionate chest, but belly with REALLY big love handles). I’m using the diet planner to generate macros to cut with, but even with the very active setting and high fat/low carb setting, it seems like it’s giving me a lot of carbs and fat! Am I doing something wrong?
Macros are for a 36 y/o male standing 6’3, 280 lbs, engaging in very active activity (every other day lift/stairmaster/lift/stairmaster) with a high fat/low carb and cut settings: 280 p, 207 c, 184 f.
I mean, if that’s okay to eat, it’s not exactly twisting my arm for me to fit that in, I just want to make sure I have my numbers right or see if I need to cut back on something.
