Nope. Just count protein, carbs etc from their “main source”. Much easier this way. And ultimately if your macros are slightly off, as long as you are consistent, the calculator will get you to the correct amount [/quote]
OK cool thanks. I have another question around meal timing. I like to workout upon waking drinking intra shake. in terms of meal order I have attached my diet from the planner, what meal order shud I follow,
