    hi,

    for example if the diet planner recommends 30g protein per meal, is this amount including residual amounts of protein from carb and fat sources?

    same question about the carb and fat please..thanks

    Nope. Just count protein, carbs etc from their “main source”. Much easier this way. And ultimately if your macros are slightly off, as long as you are consistent, the calculator will get you to the correct amount

    OK cool thanks. I have another question around meal timing. I like to workout upon waking drinking intra shake. in terms of meal order I have attached my diet from the planner, what meal order shud I follow,

    intra,
    post,
    meal 5,
    meal 1,
    bed,
    pre,

    I personally like to keep my largest carb amounts post training and last meal of the day. You can really put the meals wherever you prefer though, as what helps you adhere is probably the most important
