Is the macros for proteins and fats cooked or raw weights? Say 100g chicken breast on the app is that cooked or raw?
If the cooking method is not specified, then it’s likely raw. You can always double check the amounts for raw meat on google or create your own entry to be extra sure
For the chicken it is cooked. Most things in there will specify “uncooked” if they are
