    I just done my macros on the diet planner and underneath it tells me how many meals and what carbs I should use for each meal should I follow
    That I always assumed it doesn’t matter aslong as I am hitting my daily macros or should I follow the meal plan

    You must know that there is no magical diet to build muscles. If you imagine a ladder the most important thing is in order:

    1°) Daily calories intake

    2°) Hitting macros

    3°) Meal timing

    Meal timing can be good for people maybe over 30% body fat or maybe lower than 5% body fat but in reality it does not matter.

    And for the carbs to use a working diet is a diet you enjoy. There is tons of good carbs you can adjust it to your preference. For example rice is a good carb source but if you’re not rice tolerant it will not work.

    How do I use the diet planner on the app like my fitness pal it does it not have that option ?
