Hi guys, just a little lost on what to do with my current diet. I attached pictures to show my training day and rest day diets. I’m trying to cut, weight and body composition is changing but I have a long way to go before I bulk and I’m not sure where else to pull calories from. I have no problem going very low carb but I want to hold off on that until the last 4-6 weeks of my cut. If I need to drop calories can I pull from protein? I am well above the 1 gram per pound mark. I am around 210 pounds currently. I have never coached myself before and it is throwing me for a loop currently lol. I have a training day diet and a rest day diet as you can see pictured. I also have a high carb low protein refeed day if needed. Any feedback on how to go about the next 12 weeks to finish this cut strong is greatly appreciated.
