    Hi Joe,

Hope you are doing fine. I would like to ask you, what is the difference in stimulus (hormonal, biochemical etc.) when you are training in different rep ranges? I mean 1-4 vs 5-8 vs 8-12 vs 12-15 etc. Obviously all have their advantages, I am just wondering what is it exactly.

The second part is the rest period during sets. What is you overall aproach? To rest as much as needed in order to produce maximum output in next set? I mean of course, you can have drop-sets or giant sets, but maybe for meat and potatoes stuff. Beacuse I have noticed, I need slightly more time during sets, depends on the exercise, to full recovery. Let s say around 3-4 minutes.

    Thank you,

    Have a nice day,

    Dominik
