what are your views and experience with programming and periodizing stimuli hypertrophy/metabolic/neurological? Do you incorporate them? Are there any main benefits/drawbacks? I would really like to hear your point on this

I’ll answer this in a video as well for sure this week. But the short answer is: a bit. But only strength/neurological, never phases of pure “metabolic”. Most (except the genetic elite), always lose significant tissue during metabolic phases. And the strength/neuro phases really only have benefit for recovery IMO. But like is said, I’ll expand on this in a video, what that is.
