    Hey Joe,

Been following you and your workouts for quite some time now with great success. Your videos have made it easy to properly contract/squeeze my muscles properly in different ranges of motion with proper setup, mental cues, and execution.

However I cannot seem to feel or properly contract my pecs regardless of what movement I try (only exception is low cable fly) for reference I have an easier time squeezing and feeling my rear delts properly than I do my chest on pressing movements.

Assuming my set up is correct (scapula retracted and depressed locked in stone during pressing movements) and following the activations you provide and cues of really feeling the upper arm move across the chest could you think of any reason my chest development or mind muscle connection is lacking compared to every other muscle group?

Thanks in advance and I’m sorry this may be hard to answer without being able to see videos of form
