    Is there something I can take that will aid in the digestion of my food? Ever since I’ve made it a real effort to eat clean things go right through me. I’m on the toilet twice as much as I was lol.

    Well there are but considering that the food comes right out after you’ve eaten it doesn’t sound like your body is even making an effort to digest it. Have you implemented something in your diet you haven’t had before?

    If your food volume has increased a lot it may not be unusual to have two bathroom visits a day but like I said if you need to run to the toilet right after swallowing your food something’s not right.

    I have no issue with someone taking Pepsi. HCL, vegetarian digestive enzymes / proteolytic enzymes for gut health. Another consideration is high doses short term of glutamine (per Poloquin).

    Some other things to be aware of:
    Typically eating to out in tissue can be burdensome to your stomach. It’s a lot of food for a long time. Having breaks where you take time away from calories is an option. Having feeding windows is an option. Eating your food in smaller bites also. Last, bad episodes of vowel movements definitely could be an indicator that your stomach can not assimilate the nutrient dense foods you are consuming. Consider adjusting your protein and fat potentially.

    Everything Bryce said is a great place to start. Just realize digestion is complicated, and there’s a lot of stages between your mouth and…well, where it comes out. So if nothing helps, maybe seek a nutritionist with a functional medicine background. Between their intake and potentially labs, it would be well worth pinpointing the issue
