Hey Coaches, i really love the programming of the dilf maker. But I have a lot of good machines in my home gym, is it ok to replace some exercises with a better option ? I know you guys planned it to get the most out of these exercises wich are recommended, but would it be ok to maybe change Dumbell laterals to cable cuff laterals ? Or Landmine row to single arm machine row ? I have most of the machines you guys have. I really like the super and giant sets. My training is a lot faster,so it fits my day a lot better. I don’t have the time to train more then 4 times a week and longer than 90 min. So the dilf maker is perfect. So i really want to know if it would make sense to change exercises to maybe exercises with better profiles. I know that you exactly programmed two exercises for a superset to get more out of exercises with different profiles. So my question is there a way with all my machines to make the dilf maker even more effective ? Or does it make no difference ?
