Dips alternative

    I’m currently running the half body program and found that dips aggravate my shoulders.
    I’m certain there’s something wrong with my form but for now I wanna progress as much as possible and resolve the dip form issue on a different period.
    For pushing, I’m using incline dumbbell press and horizontal machine chest press.
    What exercise would be a good alternative for dips?

    Also curious just because I don’t like the mental connection on dips because all I’m thinking is don’t blow a shoulder out.

    Does your gym have a seated dip push down?
