Joe I saw on a decent post about you doing body weights dips at the end of push days…just curious if you’re adding them as a metabolic/finisher aspect ..I know you said you’re just doing body weight and trying to beat reps. Just for curiousity. Thanks man. Cheers!
Great question! Was wondering the same. Thinking maybe doing something like body weight followed by assisted with bands or something. Or even dips to push ups.
