Just curious as to your opinions/thoughts on direct abdominal work for hypertrophy.
I understand the whole “Abs are made in the kitchen” (or shown from what’s going in on the kitchen) and how heavy compound lifts/rows/ anything that requires a lot of trunk stability or anti rotation work will help but I consider my midsection to be a weak point – bodyfat isn’t too high (around 12%)
