Hey Bryce/Joe, what are your thoughts on Diverging Row machines for Mid/Upperback. My first initial bro science idea a long time ago was “well with chest you want converging so i guess with back you want diverging” but then i thought we’ll when i get my humerus all the way back into the scapula it wraps around which doesn’t fit the path of the diverging row so cut them out. But THEN i thought we’ll wouldn’t that allow us to train the lengthened portion of the movement better because we don’t have to worry about that last part of the ROM where we’re so much weaker. So what are your thoughts on them? do they have their place to be implemented or are they just bad machine design
