Hi everyone, my name is Saad I’m 31 years old and discovered coach Joe through YouTube.
So I’ve been lifting on and off without much consistency for a few years and I’m at my heaviest weight ever of 250 a few weeks ago.
I’ve had a bit of success losing fat before but I’d always rebound right after and I got stuck in the same cycle.
So this time my current plan is to lose a pound of fat a week while eating high protein and doing the full body focker until I reach 225 lbs.
I’ve included a graph of my weight over the last 2 years as well as two pictures(sorry my camera is not that good).
I’d love to know what you guys think and if anyone has a better idea in order to reach my goals.
