Would it be better if I performed exercises like single-arm cable tricep extensions, single-arm cable incline curls, single-arm cable side-laterals, small muscle groups seated next to a cable stack machine?
I just feel anxious about the future when I get too strong and my core won’t be able to withstand the weight (which I may be overexaggerating).
Second, is it better to do more exercises with less sets or less exercises with more sets? ie 6-7 sets of 1-2 exercises or 3-4 sets of 3-4 exercises (volume equated).
