i legit have doms for 3-4 days on average. delts and hams are the worst. does this mean i need to lower intensity? or volume? i go to failure every set
stats: 5’9 180 S425 B315 D525
diet: 3000-3300 calories and 150 grams of protein minimum. but usually am
close to 180-200
currently in a surplus only thing i care to track is calories a protein i get in. weight is slowly going up .5lbs a week
