Hello
I have had two heart surgeries, one when I was a baby and one in 2014. I had a trainer that helped me get prepared for my second heart surgery. I fell off when I went on antidepressants, and I have no idea what to do or how to get back to being in shape or how to work on my physique. I want to learn more about fitness and what to do, but I don’t know where to start and I don’t have same help I did before.
Ive been working a high protein and low card diet that helps with my weightloss and Also been do intermitent fasting.
I also am a martial artist that practiced Jiu jitsu and muay thai.
