So I am in my phase 3 of PPL2.0. I need a clarity in regards to the double drop set for the third set.
I have attached a screenshot of hip extensions for reference
Should these be performed like this?
Set 1: 6-8 reps with 60lbs (e.g)
Set 2: 8-10 reps with 60lbs
Set3: 10-15 reps with 40lbs
10-15/failure with 25lbs
Please let me know if I understood this correctly.
