….as an engineer following the site I should know the answer…but not exactly!
Pendulum squat machines – at least the one I use – have a pin to load plates on both extremities. Obviously, we load behind our head. However, is there any point of loading the opposite side (beyond our feet) as well?
It’s going to help at the bottom – I can’t rationalize when you may want to do this, but I guess there maybe a reason…or not?
Just nerd curiosity….
