Hi! I’ve been cutting for about 6 weeks now and have lost 7kg. I’m aware this is quite a lot but my bulking calories were very high for a very long time so this hasn’t been hard for me at all. I am worried about losing muscle mass but to my suprise I haven’t really seen any strength loss. Actually I’ve progressed on most of my exercises during this cut. My question is, should I be worried about excessive muscle loss even if I’m still progressively overloading my exercises?
