I live in Australia so it’s probably best to have 2 gallons of water. I also do find that I retain water really easily. One day I can have abs. The next they aren’t there.
Another question that I can add on is with you getting 1-2 grams of salt. Do you get all that from food alone or do you salt every meal or just have a tablespoon before workout?
