I want to start off by saying I never do this but I’m going to a get together with friends I never see for just a day. Everyone will be drinking and I know I will want to drink a couple, which I rarely drink. My question is should I still try to hit my macros with food and if I go over with drinking is that ok? Or should I try to stay under my caloric deficit? I know the best way to avoid this is not to drink but I do want to enjoy myself around people I never see.
