I’m having trouble understanding how the sets are laid out in the push pull lower program for drop sets when it says two sets for the exercise, are the first two sets normal sets and then the third set begins with a normal set of 10 to 15 reps perhaps and then dropping down from there? I guess I’m confused about how many normal working sets are done until you start doing your drops. I am in week 11 of PPL. I’ve been doing it both ways depending on my fatigue.
