In PPL 2.0 Phase 2, it introduces drop sets. When it says 10-15 reps, do I do 10-15 reps and then do a drop set? Or is 10-15 reps the total or the first set + the dropset
It’s 10-15 reps first then dropset and do another 10 or how ever many reps prescribed
