I have been following ppl 2.0 for 4 weeks now and seen some amazing results and i really feel like i am progressing. Really love the app and the information.
Just wanted to ask , is it okay for example to have 3 sets of chest press. On my first set i do 30s for 8 but on my 2nd i can only do 30s for 5 reps. Can i do 27s for around 8 reps on my 2nd set and 3rd ? I wonder which is better ?
