In the current phase of the ppl 2.0 you programmend a banded leg press – RIR 0 – and a drop set on the last set. Honestly, if I really go all out on the leg press (rep range around 15) there is not a chance that I can do a drop. I can’t even stand up to remove plates for a few minutes. Should do more cardio right?! 😄 Can Someone relate?
