Hey so I was wondering about a few things In my case if I can only train 4-5 days a week using a program would it be beneficial to increase the volume for the other body parts such as push and pull, and legs since I would only be using once a week frequency? Will things still progress training once a week and low volume?
Also I really respect you guys opinion and I’m really trying to balance my physique and pick a program. Based on what you see on my physique what program should I stick to to balance things out.
