Hi Joe,
Looking at your arm workouts can see that chain/band Swiss press and dips seem to be the main meat and potatoes exercise for triceps.
Some days I would only have access to dumbbells, what would you recommend as a substitute to that?
And if you don’t have access to chains/bands in the gym would you use the cable variations as a meat and potato exercise?
