Currently doing the Fullbody A/B which I love. I am in week 5 but I’m still struggling to standardize the form of the incline dumbbell press and the flat dumbbell press:
– I am unsure on how deep I should go. From a flexibility standpoint I can go very low with the dumbbells until they touch the chest.
– but the biggest problems I have is to keep the dumbbells / my hands strictly above my elbows. I often need to look in the mirror to see if they the dumbbells are aligned properly or not.
– That makes it hard to progress with these two exercises- since small changes in range of motion and dumbbell position can make a big difference in terms of achieved reps at the end.
Any advice? If I lower the weight, it’s way too easy.
