Dumbbell rom

    Hey coach
    The dumbbells on my gym are quite thick and i feel like they reduce the rom. Would it make a difference if i switched my grip to a neutral grip? Sort of a fly/press. Or should i keep doing what im doing

    I have that problem on flat db press. On inclines it doesnt really botger me.
    But i wanna know if changing my grip to a more neutral grip would change how the chest is working? Would it take the front delt out of it because of the external rotation on the shoulder?
