Just went through Joe’s every supplement that I take video and I saw Joe’s take on EAA being superior to whey and I have some questions.
I have always wondered what’s the different between EAA vs Whey protein in fulfilling daily protein goals – since protein are basically amino acids, shouldn’t consuming 20 grams of EAA equates to hitting 20 grams of protein? However, I can’t find the “protein” or other macros content on the nutritional label of all the EAA I’ve came across.
If EAA could indeed replace whey in fulfilling the protein macro needs, it would be heaven to me as my stomach doesn’t sit well with whey and I’m lactose intolerant. It is also quite difficult to get all the protein required only from meals, so am looking to supplement a portion of it, thanks!!
