Not sure if this a sort of stupid question but i am going ahead and ask since it came to mind.
Would you consider EAAs as a way to reach your total protein intake in a day.
To clarify, lets say for example you need about 20g of protein in a meal to reach your daily target. And instead of taking a shake or eating a source of protein, you choose to take EAAs instead.
I know that food is the best option but if you dont have time to prepare any etc.. would you consider taking EAAs as quick and easy alternative for protein?
I mainly asked because i saw a youtube video lately were they stated that you can eat 3 meals a day and as a ‘snack’ in between you can take EAAs to keep protein synthesis high.
(He didn’t specify if all protein intake of the whole day was divided between these 3 meals).
