    Hi, I am considering switching to training first thing in the morning so that my day is more productive. I currently train around 3-4 pm after 3 meals. Will this switch hinder my Hypertrophy gains/goals.

    I also do post workout cardio (20-30min of incline treadmill). Will this too hinder Hypertrophy?
