Hey guys! I’ve recently modified my morning workouts. Before this transition I’d get up, have some coffee, and begin my workout with 15 mins of waking. I’ve recently changed to walking 3 miles prior to starting my morning workout. I would typically drink a smoothie with protein and fruit after working out, but now that I’ve changed I’m wondering if I should have something between the walk and workout. I tried some Gatorade for some quick carbs and that was better than the nothing I tried at first. Thanks for the input.
