    I typically workout around 4-5 am and was wondering what preworkout nutrition/food I should consume. Right now I only take some powder Gatorade and Preworkout before lifting and drink EAAs with Creatine during. Hit all my daily macros but was wondering if I needed to add some food that early in the morning before I hit the gym.
