Hey guys,
Right now I’m bulking and looking to put on about ~12 lbs of weight in 15 weeks. 10 weeks in I’ve gained 8 pounds, but something I’m quickly realizing is how tedious and time-consuming it is to eat all the calories I need. I’m 18 years old, and I need to eat around 3400 calories to gain ~.5-1 pound a week. Do you guys have any hacks as far as food options go to get calories in quickly? I’m thinking canned foods, pre-prepared options that are around 300 calories and are not just totally empty calories. Thanks so much, interested to hear your thoughts!
