Hey!! Should my eating window, my protein intake and my carb intake, be the same after a hard jiu jitsu session as it would be after a lifting session.
And would this also differ in both scenarios between cutting and bulking.

My bad Joe, I didn’t word that correctly. I meant the window after training just.
Like, should I eat high carb and x amount of protein straight after jiu jitsu the same as I would after lifting. (If cutting)
