    As far as I know ecdysterone works but needs to continue to be studied

    For what it’s worth, ecdysterone is the primary ingredient in Redcon1’s new War Zone product. Debating giving it a try but for reasons that Joe mentioned (relatively new / not yet studied in humans extensively) I’m holding off for now
