Im currently following the UB-LB routine. Loving the app sofar. Hoever, I’ve made some minor adjustments on the workouts due to missing some of the equipment in my gym. I’ve figured out how to make my own workout . But I wonder if it’s possible to replace these with the premade UB – LB workouts, in such a way that the premade ones gets deleted. This way I wont have keep adding the workouts I made to the upcoming weeks but have them preloaded, if that makes sense.
So when I click on the “My better half” program. The Joe workouts get replaced with my own adjusted workouts

I just started using this app yesterday and had this same question. Im supposed to do chest supported tbar rows but my gym doesn’t have that. Was going to do chest supported BB rows to sub until i can play with the app more. I understand your need to keep the overall programming as yours, though. Thats why we’re all here!

Thanks for the reply. I found the swirly button working great for suggesting alternative excersices. My former suggestion of editing the workouts would not be needed as this button would cover 99% of the cases. However, for some cases both the original and alternative excersice are not optimal. For instance my gym is structured in a way that would make the Seated Military Press a pain in the ass to setup. The alternative Seated Press machine in my gym is a terrible piece of equipment. So this would drive me in picking another alternative. Lets say a Seated Dumbell Press. For this, id make a note in the excersice as a reminder of having replaced the excersice. However the next week, my sets, reps and weight are saved, but my notes of the previous week are gone. Having an option to keep the notes saved in the workouts would make for a great solution. This is also very useful as a way to check how the machine was set up the previous time, without having to exit the started workout. Hope my explaination made sense . Greetings from the Netherlands!
