Hey y’all I have two questions, have you ever heard of the brookbush institute. They have multiple certs like any other program like NASM and all that. Except a lot of people say it’s better and more detailed etc. Plus there’s a few other options in it too. Plus it’s not nearly as pricey.
But for me it’s more of the education part that I’m going for then getting another certification.
Also, your thoughts on N1 education & the group “strong experts” Mike isratel is apart of it so I figured it’d be a strong program.
If you haven’t heard of them and wouldn’t mind checking them out I’d appreciate it.
