Hello coaches, i got less time to workout and wanna reduce session duration:
in my second shoulder/arms session im hesitating between machine preacher curl and cable reverse curl.
In my first session i do incline curl and hammer curl.
I used to do all five exercises and got really good results on my forearm / biceps. Which one should I ditch ?
