Hi,i just wanted your view in this
When i perform close grip press i feel a lot of tension in my triceps but also my elbows
When i perform preacher sometimes i feel it in my short head but sometimes my elbows hurt a lot
Also sometimes when i perform different biceps exercises i tend to feel tension also in my elbow flexors without me gripping the handle or db to hard

For the close grip press i have been doing neutral db close grip press but i still get pain
And for the preacher curl i do it on a high incline bench with a db
