I just finished my push workout & I was limited with my right elbow. On 2 & 3rd set of low incline db bench press. My right elbow started to get stiff & felt like when your knee is stiff and has to be pop or something similar to that.
Then during my high incline smith press. I got stiffness and a little bit of pain in my right elbow during my second set. So I stopped.
The stiffness/ locking feeling has happened many times & my elbows do click/pop on some pressing movements. I also get the stiffness on skull crushers but I don’t do them anymore.
