I tend to experience elbow pain when performing single arm DB preacher curls. So much that I have abandoned the exercise altogether and just use the machine.
Is there any advice you can give me as to how to fix this? I know you’re an advocate for those exercise, and I am sure I must be doing something wrong. This happens with both arms.
