Lately I have noticed that my elbow hurts when doing curls. I have had tendinitis beore but it was on my tricep, now its in my bicep tendons. The pain is larger when the wrist is neutral instead of supinated.
When I had trouble on my tricep I started warming up the elbow as much as i can and get blood in there to help the tendon repair. Should i do the same thing but for biceps? Anything else you would add?
