I have noticed that when i perform upper pushing exercises i get a pump feeling around my elbow and sometimes my wrist

Yes Joe you are right i am sorry
No i just believe that i am putting all the pressure to my elbow joint and tendons,ligaments rather than the actual muscle
I wanted to hear just your opinion on what could have caused that while having good form and control of the weight being lifted for that set
