Whenever I do any pressing movements I feel as if my triceps take over. Any tips?
1) Keep the load, and your hand “outside” of your elbow on all free weight stuff. 2) drive your hands slightly inward on handles (like your trying to slide hands on handles – without actually moving them) on all fixed handle stuff/machines
3) focus on driving upper across your body/towards your midline – not on pressing stuff “up” (forget about your hands) – I’ll answer this one in a video as well
